Join us for a day of Ballroom, Latin, Classical Sequence and Modern Sequence.

  • Doors open at 9.00AM first round at 9.30AM

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TEACHERS

  • All events will be run under IDTA South East Area Rules

  • Pupils must have taken an ODTA medal within 1 year prior to the event, except Pre-Bronze

  • Pupils must not have reached semi finals or higher, except for Classical and Modern Sequence

  • Anyone can partner at this event, professional or amateur

  • Rosettes and Stardance competitions will be IDTA Syllabus as per videos on IDTA Website (members section)

  • 12 & Under event can only use IDTA Syllabus Figures

  • Age of competitor is taken as on the date of the competition

  • There are no dress restrictions - Competitors may wear day, practice or any competition dress

  • Entries on the day

Join us for this regional competition, The IDTA Classical and Modern Sequence Nationwide Qualifiers for the South East Area. Successful candidates will go on to compete at the IDTA Nationwide Medalist of the Year Grand Finals in Blackpool

Classical and Modern Sequence Rosette 6-8 years dances have changed for Nationwide Finals 2022.

Rosette Classical & Modern Sequence Dances 3-5 years: Social Foxtrot, Quick Waltz, Two Step, Paso Doble.

6-8 years: Foxtrot, Quick Waltz, Two Step, Paso Doble Stardance Award Classical & Modern Sequence Dances Two Step, Quick Waltz, Tango, Salsa.

Dancers with Additional Needs Classical & Modern Sequence Dances Melody Foxtrot, Sally Anne Cha cha cha
